New Members. Please print out and fill out this form completely. Please put "None" if that is appropriate (USHGA Membership, Ham Call Sign, etc.)

Present Members. Please print out and fill out the form completely for the 2005 membership year, so we can ensure our roster information is correct. Use "None" as necessary. Next year, we will only need your name and any changes since the previous year. Thank you for your understanding...

•     No Credit Cards

You print the page out, fill out the form,  and mail it to the treasurer with the dues in the form of check, money order, or - by golly - we will take good old-fashioned cash. Please make checks payable to "Humboldt Wings".:

Note that Humboldt Wings never shares Membership information with anyone outside of Wings except USHGA, which already has this information if you are a USHGA member. A subset of this information is published in our Roster.
